"Before I worked with Coach Craig I was having issues with my negative self talk and a lack of confidence on the ice and on the lacrosse field. So we reached out to Craig and when I started working with him I knew this was the right thing to do, there were so many different ways he would help you fix your mindset and strategies to help you keep yourself focused at the task you were doing and to keep positive when things aren't going your way or if your having a bad game. There were times where I would have bad games and get frustrated but I would reel myself back in thinking of the things Coach and I talked about and it was super helpful. Something different that I liked about my chats with Craig was that he was super flexible and asked what days and times were best for you weekly and he was very laid back on timing and finding good times to talk before games and big events. I got very comfortable with Craig and would tell him everything on my mind like talking to a friend you've known your whole life. I think that's what sets CCK services aside from others. I remember I started to realize our methods were working when I was starting to gain confidence and was one of the top scorers on my lacrosse team and played with way less worry about people around me. Also I didn't feel nervous before every skate I had and just played my game the way I always wanted to. So now after working with Craig I was able to get a spot on a hockey team in Boston and I'm starting to get a name for myself and I'm ready for the season to start."
